MILAN (Reuters) – Italian utility Enel SpA has agreed to sell an 80 percent stake in its gas distribution unit to investment fund F2i and AXA Private Equity in a cash-and-debt deal valued at around 1.2 billion euros ($1.68 billion), it said on Friday.
